How much do I earn per referral?

$2,500 per ADU that is sold and built, paid after unit delivery. This is in addition to your standard real estate commission on any property acquisition involved in the deal.

Do I need special training?

No. We provide all product materials and a dedicated partner manager. You focus on what you do best — connecting buyers with properties. We handle manufacturing, financing, and delivery.

What kind of buyers should I refer?

Homeowners looking to add an ADU to their property — for rental income, aging parents, guest houses, or home offices. Buyers must be pre-qualified through our lending partners, pay cash, or have their own financing arranged.

How does the financing work?

Finka offers proprietary financing that does not disturb the client's original mortgage. This is a major selling point — traditional ADU financing requires refinancing the entire property. We also have second home and investor lending options.

What states do you currently serve?

Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We're actively expanding and adding new counties.

How long does delivery take?

60-90 days from signed contract to completed installation. Our steel-frame manufacturing process is significantly faster than traditional stick-built construction.

What if my client's county isn't listed?

Submit your application anyway. We're constantly expanding our permitting network and can often fast-track new counties based on realtor demand.
